The Office Occupier App is designed to be one-stop digital platform for office occupiers to provide elevated digital occupier experience in Capital Square. The full features of the app includes digital QR code access to turnstile & visitor management, Feedback system, Event Management, Promotions & Deals, E-forms Applications.

Yes, Employee enrolment form is for Office App permission to access the Turnstile for all employees, including Company Admin. Registration Form for Administrator Account for Access Control is for Tenant Portal to manage Employees and Visitors.

Yes, it is currently still in use. The cards will be returned to Centre Management Office (CMO) upon lease expiry.

The Office Occupier App is exclusively for our office occupier and your company email will help us to verify your occupier status.

The QR digital access is mobile-enabled. Simply flash the QR code from your Office App to the turnstile for access clearance.

The phone number collected will be used to contact you in case of an emergency and to receive OTP verification when the reset password is required for your account.

The QR Code expires periodically and is dynamically updated for security purposes. Each occupier has unique QR Code identifier to access the turnstile.

Administrators will be provided access to the Tenant Portal to control your organization’s employees and their access preferences. Training will be provided after the registration process is completed. Through the Tenant Portal, administrators will have the ability to remove employees who have left the organization and add new employees into the system. This is provided without cost, as part of our initiatives to digitize the office occupier experience.

You may pre-register a visitor with multi entry access up to 7 days validity period.

All collected personal data is securely stored in on-premise server & AWS cloud hosting and it is encrypted with TLS 1.2 during transit for security. It operates on secured connection such as Authentication, SSL & HTTPS. AWS cloud hosting is certified by various industrial standards and comply with ISO/IEC 27001:2013, 27017:2015, 27018:2019, & ISO/IEC 9001:2015 and CSA STAR CCM v3.0.1. The system is fully compliant to PDPA requirements in Singapore.

APM values our occupiers and visitors’ data privacy. Our retention policy for visitor data is to keep it for 30 days from the date of visit. For office occupiers, data is stored for as long as the occupier needs access into Capital Square.

When a company moves out from Capital Square or if an employee leaves, stored data will be permanently removed from its system. No copies will be kept.

Only Company Admins and authorized Employees can register visitors/contractors.

The company admin (up to 3 accounts) registered at https://officeonboarding.apmasia.com.sg/capitalsquare/admin_form will be given “Company Admin” access to Tenant Portal, once it is launched. Company admin can register more “Company Admin” accounts at Tenant portal if required.

As an administrator, you can only register your visitors to the floors which are accessible to you.

Yes, your visitors can register at the reception counter. However, the QR code issued is only valid for the day of registration.

Yes, the Office Occupier App is linked with the self-help kiosk. Office administrators will need to pre-register your visitor, following which your visitors can utilize the self-help kiosk to print out the QR code simply by entering their email address. Please note that your visitor will be required to click onto the link to the QR code emailed to them upon your registration for activation, prior to the printing of QR code at the self-help kiosk.

Capital Square values our occupier's and visitors’ data privacy. All Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is collected when necessary, including Name and Contact Number only. These 2 information are required for building security, to be able to identify the persons entering and leaving our building. A contact number is necessary for the building to contact you in case of an emergency. All processes comply with PDPA.

The self-help kiosk enables your visitors to check themselves into the office towers swiftly by collecting the name and contact numbers of the visitors. Other sensitive personal information, such as NRIC numbers, addresses and others, are not retained in our system. All processes comply with PDPA.
